1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Mille platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Moroccan law to use Mille.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Marketplace role
Mille is a marketplace platform. Products are sold by independent vendors. Mille is not the seller of record unless explicitly stated. Vendor listings, prices, and stock are managed by each vendor.
5. Returns & warranty
All orders are subject to our buyer-protection policy. Details on the 14-day return window and on warranty cover are published at /legal/buyer-protection; the warranty for a given item is stated on its listing. Vendor-specific policies may be stricter.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use Mille to infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, scrape data without consent, engage in fraudulent transactions, or violate applicable Moroccan or international law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mille's liability is limited to the transaction value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
