Refurbished grades explained: Excellent, Very Good, Good

Every refurbished device on Mille is graded by an independent inspector. Here's exactly what each label means.

Excellent

Indistinguishable from new at arm's length. Screen has zero visible scratches. Battery health 90% or higher. Comes in Mille's premium packaging.

Very good

Light micro-scratches on the back, invisible from 30cm away. No screen marks. Battery 85% or higher.

Good

Visible cosmetic wear including light scratches and possible edge wear. All buttons fully functional. Battery 80% or higher.

Premium (rare)

Reserved for sellers with unopened or as-new units. Same warranty as new.
